Graduates Associations for the IDB Scholarship ProgrammeAs the number of graduates increases, the need to create a forum where they can work together to help the community becomes more necessary. IDB encourages the graduates to form graduate associations in their own respective communities or countries. Once formed, the associations may submit proposals for part-funding some community service activities to the IDB. The IDB may consider funding selected good proposals to launch small scale Community Service Projects as part of its Post Study Activities to assist the graduates to actively contribute to the development of their communities. So far, 19 IGAs have been established in 18 beneficiary countries and 1 outside the country due to peculiar situation. IGA in the Philippines and Nigeria have 3 branches each while IGA in India has 25 branches. In India We have
